my manger bullies us daily and is slightly racist and makes tons of inappropriate jokes
They know what to do and how to do it properly. They give me the information that I need and let me know what I need to do.

I have been a shift lead for over a year and i have disabilies that cause me to be different than other shift leads and i feel like i get blamed and yelled at by the assistant manager and GM when i do things that i unfortunately cant control so i cant say i like anything the leadership team does.

I think they have a lot of pride and look down on others.
We have a Morning shift leader who refuse to make customers orders just bc there frustrated and who knows nothing about the store they know as much as me and I just got hired a few months ago

need new owners period. there is no real manager working there just the greedy owner, there is no management above all, they sell old expired food, they got mold, wouldnt work there or ever reccomend eating there.
