Lack of communication and positivity
Management either doesn't care or doesn't want to get involved in difficult situations within the store. Improvements would be retraining management and creating a positive work environment.

Organization and communication between the employees
honestly training everyone could be a way to improve satisfaction, we are slow, our times are really bad and a lot of workers are lowkey rude to customers.
the costumers can see all of the broken equitment and the lack of blanders. Only 2 people can be on the clock at a time, so when we get a rush of food and smoothie orders and work around broken blenders & fridges. Also, food certification is expired and no process for throwing out expired food.
Employees are not held accountable for their actions in regards to safety, treating each other with respect, working while on the clock and not listening to music with AirPods in their ears while working on the line and standing around with feet on the wall or holding box cutters to peoples skin.

The manager talks down on everyone to other employees trying to pin us against each other. The manager is unwilling to give me my last check and her attitude is that of a teenage girl. She could improve easily if she gave me my check, cut the drama and acted in a professional manner. To everyone.

our managers/owners could give us our tips or atleast tell us where all that money goes! one morning they made 125 in tips and there was only 5 people working including the managers, thats 25 each person!
