Treat employees like people not just come on earth so you can collect money. Don't make people clock out to go take a piss and if somebody shows up one minute after the lunch break, you shouldn't do them $20 an hour not. micromanage is terrible. There's about five people in the company in an acciden

Salaries for customer service start at 16 an hour. Hardly a livable wage for their areas pf operation, especially in KC.
