Leadership never has any idea whats going on. HR prioritizes anyone above the lowest paid employres with no reproach. Differing and conflicting information is abundant
Need to get better at telling the CEO when he's wrong, and he needs to accept that feedback.

One start by paying a little bit more than $20 an hour and also the people take breaks not have to clock out to go take a piss break that's illegal
Despite making 20% of the company's revenue, agents in customer service have to work 3x as hard just for a small little bonus that taxes chew through. Its never worth your while
Underpaid massively compared to other companies.
