Don't make people clock out to go take a piss and if somebody shows up one minute after the lunch break, you shouldn't do them $20 an hour not. micromanage is terrible. Salaries for customer service start at 16 an hour. Hardly a livable wage for their areas pf operation, especially in KC.

At the end of the day, the goal is to collect money from people who have difficulty making payments.
