Everyone truly works hard to support our team's and the organization's overall goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I genuinely enjoy the people I work with and the exciting and ever-changing work I do daily. I feel like I am having a positive impact, which motivates me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and transparency were lacking from leadership. There has been a significant improvement, and employees can now expect weekly updates from our CEO and a transparent Q&A session during our monthly all-hands where leadership responds directly to employees' anonymous or live questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Before 2020, there was little focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion at TrueCar. TrueCar has shown we are a people-first company committed to DEI and creating an inclusive environment for all. We openly discuss mental health and develop programming and events to learn and celebrate our people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
TrueCar is a fully remote and dynamic workplace so you can work from anywhere in the US. The company offers flexible PTO, equity, and medical insurance paid by TrueCar. So employees do not have money taken out of their paychecks each month to cover medical, dental, and vision expenses
