Leadership is neither amazing nor horrible. Just average, which in many contexts, isn't the result you're looking for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay more. When you add in the hours, it is not good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More collaboration. Less of "everyone out for themselves".

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no leadership and no direction.
It's not a service that people get excited about, especially since we have 2 customer bases (consumers and dealers).
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I can't think of anything.
