Market and internal equity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
always changing comp but want us to sell more. even $10-$20 more an hour would be a huge difference for people who perform well. bonuses are a joke.

Our National Stylist commission structure is poor. If you are at a low tier, it is not to your benefit to make more than what your goal to make bonus is.

Teeming with favoritism and artificiality. The environment is worse than the work.
