After over 30 years experience in the medical field I was capped at less then $23.00 a hour. The office managers and supervisors like to throw their weight around ,yet the dishonest slackers are the ones who move up in the company and the hard workers are left behind with crap for pay. Banner now!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most definitely undervalued. Less then $23.00 a hour for over 30 years experience, just because I don't want to move up in the company. I love the interaction with all my patients and it is where I'm suppose to be. So for that I do not deserve better pay?
