Lot of issues with contracting and lack of transparency

Patients and their appreciation and most of the co workers

Good relationships but management tends to discourage that in an effort to control employees

Transparency, efficiency - I had to come interview for 3 different times without a clear indication of interest

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appreciating long term employees. Proper communication with the actual employees and not just a top down management approach without regard for feedback
