Tucson Medical Center – Started good but over last few years it has gotten scary. Basic safty protocols and any semblance of standards is gone. The staff caring for the patients are dying trying to take care of the patients the way they need but the administrators only care about getting that money every way they can!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of their staff! More patients, less staff, higher acuity, less resources, old equipment and supples. Very little real appreciation but lots of expecations, more reaponsibilities and no support.
