Taking care of their staff! More patients, less staff, higher acuity, less resources, old equipment and supples. Very little real appreciation but lots of expecations, more reaponsibilities and no support.

Taking care of those who actually are doing the actual nursing and support jobs.
Poor leadership, management has no clue what they're doing and lies
Appreciating long term employees. Proper communication with the actual employees and not just a top down management approach without regard for feedback
Communication and cross training in the warehouse.
No support or recognition for achievements or going above expedition for my job description.
Lot of issues with contracting and lack of transparency
Most definitely undervalued. Less then $23.00 a hour for over 30 years experience, just because I don't want to move up in the company. I love the interaction with all my patients and it is where I'm suppose to be. So for that I do not deserve better pay?
Being paid fair market value regardless of tenure in feild. Young administrators are not to be paid less because of their age if they accomplish the same work as older staff.

The executive team is very out of touch about how their nurses feel on the floor. They dont understand the challenges we face daily when we're understaffed and surged daily. TMC's executive team (Joy Upshaw) does not support their nurses.
Transparency, efficiency - I had to come interview for 3 different times without a clear indication of interest
As I said a complete management change which is the weakest link in the system
Staffing. Stop making nurses take patients based on bec availability and lets take oatients based on what were staffed for. A surge plan should not be the new norm. A surge plan shoukd not be implemented day after day for months. Management needs to fill the gaps in staffing. Theyre nurses too.
