What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ridiculous health insurance options for being a hospital. Such a high deductible plan i couldnt even afford a checkup.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team work. Work with phenomenally smart nurses
Good relationships but management tends to discourage that in an effort to control employees
Since we are so busy, we pull together and work hard together.
My team, my co workers on the floor are why i keep coming back. We help eachother get through the shuft, we save eachother when we're drowning and we realize theres no rescue team coming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is the people with positive attitudes
What did you like most about the interview process?
They had a peer I would be working with sit I m on the interview so they could ask me questions and I could also ask them questions about the unit I would be working on.
What makes you most happy at work?
Clocking out at the end of a shift
Helping The patients is the drive
Patients and their appreciation and most of the co workers
