We are ESPO and have a 401K on top of that. Good medical and dental programs

The ESOP! Less than 10% of companies in America have an ESOP. Every day I work, I'm not just working for Tuff Shed. I'm working for me and my retirement plan. To know I have a part of determining my wealth, is a huge deal.

They kept adding things that the salespeople didn't want to do to things that weren't in the description of other's job description.
Stop paying employees 4.5% of sales AFTER paying Home Depot 16.5%. That is a crazy way to do business.
Worked nearly 400 hours in one month and they told me they it was my fault. That I was distracted from my job, but if I hadn't done that. Buildings wouldn't have gone out.

I try my hardest every day to get everything done and to even be ahead. It is never enough none of us move fast enough or there's something wrong with this or that. But the bosses can't even tell us what we're doing wrong so how can we fix it
Poor management across the board...
Because i worked for this company for 5 year never had one job go wrong never had one customer complaints. Nothing but compliments from homeowners. New gm didnt like me knowing more about the business than him.
