The RSUs are great! And even with a six figure base salary, I get paid overtime - which is awesome - plus my bonus!

The most positive thing is that people support each other - as a manager my customers are my team - I set expectations / let them know the business needs and then I help them excel in meeting and exceeding those expectations.
Everyone works together and supports each other.

I was lucky in interviewing for my latest promotion that I was well prepared by my mentors (who are managers at the same level) and I was coincidentally interviewed (multiple interviewers) by someone who had managed me and knew my good work, so that helped I'm sure.
