The amazing tips and meeting new people
performance driven bonuses keep everyone around you working hard.
The best part is that every 6 months a receive a dollar raise based off my performance.
Vacation days that I am allowed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Horribly get discriminated alot With a lot of reduced hours
21 an hour for drivers
I do not feel undervalued. I just wish I had better health/dental insurance.

What are some of the best things about your team?
How connected we are and how hard we work
everyone has a relationship with each other.
Communication through the team is appreciated
The family feeling. We can have a disagreement about something and 10 minutes later we are laughing and having a great time.
We all are strong and have visions on making this a better company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall team work is the issue. Everyone thinks they're the hulk and can do it by themselves.

Meeting new people and learning new ways to do the job
even the boss could be called my friend
Friendly customer that are prepared for the move
The customers. We receive phone calls from hundreds of people a day and every call is a different story. I am excited to be able to assist someone that is in need.
That we all come from the same background and trying to build a empire for our families
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to pay attention to who they put in charge and make sure people are treated equally and giving a fair chance. No favoritism !

What did you like most about the interview process?
The motivation to be somebody
The clarity and fluid information they give about the job
I enjoyed not having to remember to ask all of the questions. Everything was explained to me from beginning to end. If I had any questions about a specific topic, I felt comfortable stopping the interviewer and asking him to elaborate.
That they asked questions that really pertained to the job
