What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are awesome and start on your first day, they offer tuition reimbursement after 90 days which is great!

Stock options and annual bonus

I get to have health benefits that are super good to have like, dental, vision, medical. They also will pay for your schooling.

I receive more compensation than I could expect in roles at similar companies. It is extremely fair and I still get paid even during a poor quarter.

Everything about it is awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel the pay is off by at least 10% compared to the market rates.

The stock compensation is fair from the perspective of the RSU grants but the stock keeps getting devalued so I’d rather have a larger sala

I would like to make more than minimum wage considering I am on time, work hard and do all that I can.

Strangely employee development in a particular manner is highly valued but it seems to add little value to the company.

Stop saying that you are the best and that you are the only one that knows how to do your job. We all have issues and we all need to work on them. Nobody is perfect.

Not enough scale. No positive differentiation.

A lot of things. People don't show up on time. People don't do their job or know how to do their job. Most just sit around and do nothing all day while some us try to make a living by doing more than what is expected of us.
