Strangely employee development in a particular manner is highly valued but it seems to add little value to the company.

People are upbeat and “excited” about everything. They literally say they are excited every time they talk about a new anyth

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The stock compensation is fair from the perspective of the RSU grants but the stock keeps getting devalued so I’d rather have a larger sala
