What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire people who cause problems

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop being lenient with everyone and apply all rules and guidelines to everyone and stick to it.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

If they tell you something like a promise they should stick with it even if it's 3 years later

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to make more than minimum wage considering I am on time, work hard and do all that I can.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop saying that you are the best and that you are the only one that knows how to do your job. We all have issues and we all need to work on them. Nobody is perfect.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of things. People don't show up on time. People don't do their job or know how to do their job. Most just sit around and do nothing all day while some us try to make a living by doing more than what is expected of us.
