I receive more compensation than I could expect in roles at similar companies. It is extremely fair and I still get paid even during a poor quarter.
Everything about it is awesome.
I get to have health benefits that are super good to have like, dental, vision, medical. They also will pay for your schooling.
The benefits are awesome and start on your first day, they offer tuition reimbursement after 90 days which is great!
