We can achieve our Mission by building capabilities in three distinct areas: Shared Solutions: The design and operation of shared “one-to-many” solutions that drive down costs, improve service, and provide new functional capabilities desired by our customers. Customer-centric Solutions: The delivery of applications, web-based experiences, and IT services that meet customer expectations for features, performance, and cost. Shared Foundation: The management of a portfolio of functional knowledge, technical skills, creative user experience design, and reusable digital components that, when brought together, enables innovation with less and maximizes return on investment in these solutions.
