the financial aspect of the retirement system.

The security of long term benefits

retirement pension and health insurance benefits

Review from Operations Dept

The retirement and matching contributions.

the time off and up front vacation time

Review from Operations Dept

the security i will have after retirement

All of the benefits received to make retirement pleasant and worry free

Review from Operations Dept

competitive salary and good benifits

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

give a more generous bonus and do more to recognize long term employees

I never receive any positive feedback for all the hard work I do. I've worked here over 8 years, and have always given my absolute best. I have been passed over for promotions because they wanted someone younger, even though I have a much better work ethic. No appreciation!
