What is the best part about your compensation package?

Great place to retire from

Fair medical benefits program overall

i dont even know what is never was told to me

Review from Operations Dept

the variety that is offered

Review from Operations Dept

It's always good when the company encourages and even helps you sign up for benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It’s great. It ensures that we’re good

Review from Customer Support Dept

Fair compared to the market.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Expect you to work and not get paid

Yes, I feel undervaued. The Security Industry in general should pay their officers more money.

Review from Operations Dept

Treat us with respect and pay us for the job of manager since we do their work.

Review from Customer Support Dept

the company i am stationed out sets the pay but the security company screws us on vacation etc

Review from Customer Support Dept

I would like to be treated more fairly and as a human being. I am not necessarily looking for a higher compensation.

Review from Operations Dept

They do no pay enough for the work they require

Review from Operations Dept

hourly pay is horrible and no benefits

Review from Operations Dept

I would feel better being paid a wage thst doesn’t require me to have multiple jobs and allows time with my family.

as supervisor i dont even make a whole $1 above the rest of the guards. my check has been short multiple times, the communication is awful. the health care is so high priced that it is as much as my house payment. i would feel better if the insurance was better priced, and i was paid $2 more

Review from Operations Dept

Getting paid at least a dollar or two more. Other refinery guards get paid few more dollars then us and we do not get a raise.

Review from Operations Dept

Once this company got all the new hires trained by ME, I was forced to take a $4 hr CUT and removed from my post!
