Extremely bureaucratic. Almost impossible to negotiate anything. Not very much room for growth and not much direction. On the plus side you get to be independent, excellent benefits, and discounts. Meet great people as well constantly. Haven't decided if this place is worth while, but trying.

Accomplishing tasks/assignments, and also the environment.

Creative and open to ideas, but approvals are low.

Claim to be like a family, but is organized chaos.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were thoughtful orginally when it comes to time management and scheduling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I first started working there, I was a lead. I have slipped down the cracks and have a neglected position which is threatening.
