There are indivisible pockets with great culture but the financial challenges have made it harder and harder to find and create good culture
while there is opportunity for training there is no place for actual career advancement. The same culture that cultivates greatness can also cultivate toxicity if not managed and sustained properly.
IT Leadership needs to realize they have to not just change technology but change how they lead to meet the organization’s challenges. Their own habits and assumptions are what’s holding them and the organization back
