Q&A With UC Davis Health System Employees
UC Davis Health System employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at UC Davis Health System
Average appointment lengths keep decreasing, bit the cost keeps increasing. Their botton-line should not dictate the amount of time my physician needs to see me. I should be allotted the amount of time the physician actually needs to evaluate, explain the diagnosis, discuss options, & take questions
Has been net positive, lack of leadership and integrated vision to execution has made progress difficult - but team continually focuses on quality patient experience even if the plan and vision is poorly executed, patients have benefited
My experience has been mostly positive but very frustrating when it comes to moving the company forward, feeling included in the planning for the future and executing on any consistent vision without a strong leadership team.
I love where I work but each dept is different. I happened to get a position in a bad dept.
