The "new" management is no longer listening to customers and basically giving them the if you dont like it find another provider speach.
Executive leadership dangles false promises of settling pay discrepancies across the company, but it still hasn't happened after a year since it was announced. Poor insurance providers since the merger. All old white male "boys club" executive leadership. Out of touch.
