Rather then doing things just to complete the task does not enhance their knowledge about the product and domain. They should be more focused on quality and provide new ideas to improve the process for all as a team.

This score is mostly for the crusty management who is stuck with the anti-gay,women, POC, etc ideology that they have.

Complete lack of written and clear policy and procedures with the excuse constantly given that things change too much. Nonsense!

Fix the crux of the problem(s) not expect the impossible from it employees

You can be fired/laid-off at any point. No employee loyalty and seeing what the employee brings to the table. Tenure trumps all otherwise

The transition which we are undergoing in EMEA needs some better change management.

Changes in the return to the office policy need to be reviewed. My contract was remote. Now I'm forced back in because it was changed to Hybrid Remote.

Since the merge, I do not know what other changes there will be until decisions are made and we are not asked if we are okay with it, we are just told to proceed with whatever decision they have made.
