What do you like best about the leadership team?Enthusiasm. They are positive and optimistic.
What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process is prety easy and there is little structure. The bar should be raised in general.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The company values staff well-being and takes concerted efforts to ensure staff are content.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The salary is on the cusp of market average for the region. Bonuses are meagre at best. Stock options are a carrot on a stick, worth little in the long run. Invest appropriately in your team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Providing some clear direction for the company. The reality is that the product is a gimmick. Hand tracking will eventually be devoured by the likes of Facebook and the haptic feedback is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist. They need to be honest with staff in their 1,2,5 year projections.
