Close knit group but can be all over the place

UMass is a siloed workplace - but this works for me, because I like to work within a small circle of my colleagues to achieve our goals.

Executing initiative. Listening to faculty and students' needs. Paying the staff a living wage so that students and faculty can focus on the intellectual work. Learning from other universities how the work is done.
