What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually listen to the employees performing the job duties, instead of changing the process without consulting and not even training on new processes, just sending emails, like here you go read this do that, dont ask any questions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
On a daily basis we are doing the work of other people, we are asked to do more and are not even receiving a thank you, never mind compensated adequately
I have been working there for 20 years and have not received a raise.

leadership skills, time management skill

Need to listen to the employees actually performing the work
the petty drama and gossip. It needs to be more professional.
