Hard to say. Deferred comp and being able to invest in USI are probably the two best things.

They pay very well and have excelent bonus and stock options for their employees

No option to buy stock

Pay more for the amount of stress we go under. Everyone wants everything now! It's non stop

No option for non sales & non affluent people to invest in company.

No annual increases and no structure around compensation. Always hush hush

Better medical benefits and more pto

I feel the best compensation is a rich benefits plan.

Compensation for sales professionals seems to be lucrative and more than fair. Compensation for support staff is under market and undervalued by the organization as a whole.
