Yes, I am the lowest paid employee and currently covering two positions

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Focus on what matters (teaching the students). The students need good teachers more then they need good researchers. Also, "R1 status" is not that important in the real world. Quality of teaching matters.

Better leadership, better pay/benefits package, more equality across the office

The process was easy, the people who interviewed me were nice. I just had to show up
