Too much apathy amongst employees. Bring in additional leadership - hold them accountable and reinvest in the employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Raises under 2.5% consistently for last 3 years. Difference in salary/compensation between high and low performance earnings is negligible

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The company, IT in particular needs more middle leadership to better organize efforts. Managers are responsible for teams of 30+ people.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Return to being less of a wall street company and invest in the employees more. Training, time with leadership and compensation.
