I pay $35 bi-wily for my benefits which includes my husband. So far I have no complaints about my benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's hard to feel valued when you work hard, are considered excellent at your job but still can't pay your bills. Merit raises would help.

I would rather have more help than additional compensation.

They don't pay women the same as men and keep cutting hours. They expect great customer service, but don't have anyone there to give it!

To feel valued as an employee. Especially since i have 18 yrs envested as a employee. I have the best customers.more appreciation from boss

Better pay abd work environment.. shifts are long without breaks.

Raises under 2.5% consistently for last 3 years. Difference in salary/compensation between high and low performance earnings is negligible

Other employees that are hired 17 years after me are making just as much as I am, and I am their supervisor.
