    Fair raises, and when there is an increase in your workload, it should be accurately reflected with your wage. In addition, no cost of living raises have been given in the 10 years I have been here.

    Pay for experienced employees matches 50-70% of the private sector, and the benefits are mediocre. Years ago the benefits were top-notch, and pay was closer to 80% of industry. I'm not sure there is any fixing it; it's a two-decade trend. I need more than 300 characters to adequately explain...
