Good until new leadership came on board. Old was open, progressive, and accessible. New only shows up (even preCovid) on video and blogs that are full of ego and personal interests only couched in 'marketing speak' Work as a team, We need to lead by example, customers are important...

Generally was good to great under previous leadership. Open, progressive and available. Current plan and leadership has none of those qualities. We see CEO (even pre COVID) only on video that was recorded, and on topics that are biased to her interest and ego.

They are clear and supportive of the objectives
