New leadership in the last few years that are trying to update and change to bring efficiency to the university. Needed in higher ed and we're on the right path, but can cause obstacles too.

Actually understanding what the bottom tier of employers have to go through to do their jobs. Actually become qualified for their positions. Stop ignoring the bottom tier when they loudly point out issues. Stop being entitled, uninformed bourgeois.
