Unloading trucks isn't an easy job,neither is sorting thru filthy items that may contain needles and sharp objects. The pay doesn't match the work being done.
There is not enough money in the world to be paid to deal with the management. Egotistcal maniacs on a power trip are not the way to make employees feel better about their jobs.

Our GM tells us that we run our own franchise and we pretty much do we are definatley more than drivers, but we just get paid like drivers not like we own our own franchise
