Stock options and pay rate
The quarterly bonuses are great
our health benefits are good
Low medical , dental and optic cost while still being eligable for the best doctors
Never have issues with payroll. Always on time. Never shorted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little higher wages and a litter better benefit plan for health dental and eyewear
To be compensated for actual hours worked. Reconsider the changes made to our compensation and bonus plan.

Unloading trucks isn't an easy job,neither is sorting thru filthy items that may contain needles and sharp objects. The pay doesn't match the work being done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers and supportive we are not a team we are a family
Way too long, cuts into my selling time
everybody gets along like family
Everyone seems happy to work here
Very interactive and helpful. Not afraid to speak up and always helping each other for the benefit of the company and customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Helping because there is lack of help
Learn English so we can communicate.
Coworkers need to do their job and not take shortcuts. There needs to be consequences for their actions
Basickaly not bully the white and black woman out of there

Coworkers were fine. Its just management that fills the room with white men im their 40s and one woman to meet their quota.

The feedback of my clients when I service them
all manager at our site are responsive and upbeat
Helpful co workers , great managment and easy going enviroment
Very friendly and makes us verl valued
We don't focus on the negative things that happen, but focus on how do we fix it and how do we learn from it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management and the employees
Everyone be treated fair would be great
If they would just address the racially motivated bullying i believe it woild be good

Clear cut straight to the point interview letting you know everything isnt rainbows and sunshines.
I wasnt sure i wanted to work here until the interview.
Very thorough, they want to ensure they hire the right people to represent the company.

They don’t interview you based on qualifications. More off of recommendation

Servicing my clients putting on my uniform and getting into my service vehicle
interacting with customers and coworkers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Do not hire a mother two daugthers and an uncle this is terrible
All uniform companies are the same, and they only care ahout getting their bottom dollar. Not about the customer experience as they try to be perceived.
The whole management team needs replaced
Customer service is awful they hate us
Fees and fees to make more money..doesnt look at expanding services or improving process
