What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Do not hire a mother two daugthers and an uncle this is terrible

All uniform companies are the same, and they only care ahout getting their bottom dollar. Not about the customer experience as they try to be perceived.

The whole management team needs replaced

Customer service is awful they hate us

Fees and fees to make more money..doesnt look at expanding services or improving process

We need to be professional. The plant will do anything to get the job done even if it goes against policy.

The company needs to be more organized and updated, our own uniforms that we wear look like they are out of a 1920s show about the milkman. Our invoicing is all on paper which is rediculous and a waste of time. Everything is on paper and simple tasks take very long to do because of this

greater potential for promotion from within

Hire people you trust so they can go out and sell instead of making sure they are adding something in their device every fifteen minutes and showing physical movement-how about sales people that understand you have to sell to make money so during working hours -THEY WILL SELL- now you have trons.
