The leadership listen to concerns and try to remove most roadblocks that will enable me to better serve our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My location likes to laugh and enjoy the day. Managers are quick to bring any complaints behind closed doors to reduce the negativity being contagious.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve an issue that a customer has, whether it lies with UniFirst or providing a solution to an exterior concern that they are experiencing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There is more than 1 person involved. This allows the candidate to experience different vantage points and be able to ask questions to varied levels at the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have uncapped potential. The harder and smarter I work, the more I make. Benefits are expansive and allow me the opportunity to create a retirement and keep my family safe.

Collaboration. It is never perfect, but my team tries to reach to different departments to solve issues and concerns. We also show respect for every position in the organization. Every team member is important to achieving our location's focus and company's goals.
