Our supervisors are amazing, they fill in whenever it is necessary and they stay the long hours to make sure everything is completed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is willing to help each other and complete our routes and help other drivers if needed. We truly work as a team at this job in a capacity that I have yet to see in another work environment. Even our warehouse worker works weekends/early mornings when a shipment is delayed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best coworkers that I could ask for. Drivers, Supervisors and our Route Service Manager only make up 12 employees (plus 2 new jumpers) and we complete 7 full routes each and every day. Even when we were down by 5 people 2 weeks ago (injuries, vacation, sickness), we all pulled together and finished.
