Feel underappreciated, cannot trust anyone in management, feel like no one will side with me within company, like we are all not on the same team, management is slow and never get anything done, plant has no quality control. In general a bad environment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The pay is nice and working early is good because you get off earlier in the day and getting face to face customer experience is also good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our GM tells us that we run our own franchise and we pretty much do we are definatley more than drivers, but we just get paid like drivers not like we own our own franchise
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to be more organized and updated, our own uniforms that we wear look like they are out of a 1920s show about the milkman. Our invoicing is all on paper which is rediculous and a waste of time. Everything is on paper and simple tasks take very long to do because of this
