- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Lots of unproductive meetings where we just go over the part that should have been an email, and not the actual action items needed to move forward. Also lots of micromanaging here.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leadership has a lot to lern. The biggest issues with leadership is transparent communication and accountability. I cant tell you how many tomes i was thrown under the bus. The leadership team in general needs to grow up.
