    Full medical benefits in an HMO-type agreement. Access to fully-equipped fitness facilities, to include track, basketball courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, free weights, Olympic-regulation swimming pool, sports fields. Pension offered for members who complete 20 years of service. However, there is a new system rolling out two encourage members to invest in a 401k style retirement plan with matching contributions up to %5 of base salary, along with a slightly reduced pension style offering.
