One meeting we're told to focus on this or that, and then sometimes mere hours later we're told by another leader the opposite and they act like there's no conflicts.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?I would say the thing leadership needs to get better at is listening to their team and working together. But direct leaders are actually also in production roles with added responsibility and an insignificant pay increase. They are not there to listen but to enforce production quotas and tell lies
