Mr. Terry M. Clark has been a Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at UnitedHealth Group Incorporated since 2014 and served as its Senior Vice President of Brand & Marketing. Mr. Clark oversees and coordinates UnitedHealthcare and Optum branding, marketing and advertising efforts on a functional basis enterprisewide. He also has direct responsibility for direct-to-consumer marketing for UnitedHealthcare Medicare & Retirement, the nation's largest business dedicated to the health and well-being needs of seniors and other Medicare beneficiaries. Mr. Clark joined UnitedHealthcare in 2006 from InterActiveCorp (IAC). Mr. Clark served as Executive Vice President of National Sales and Merchant Marketing of Entertainment Publications, LLC (Entertainment Publications, Inc.). A nine-year Entertainment Publications, Inc. Veteran , Mr. Clark has primary responsibilities are setting strategic direction and providing leadership for Entertainment's National Sales efforts, including: paid advertising, retail distribution, sponsorship and custom programs. In addition, he is responsible for Entertainment's merchant marketing focus to expand and develop Entertainment's more than 65,000 current partners. He joined Entertainment in 1995 and has held various positions within it , including sales management, product development, business development, marketing and strategic planning. Prior to joining Entertainment, he held sales and marketing management positions for Monster Worldwide (formerly TMP Worldwide), Tyke Corporation and the Stroh Brewing Company. Mr. Clark holds a bachelor of arts degree in journalism and mass communications from Drake University (Des Moines, Iowa).
