What do you like best about the leadership team?They sre a fantadtic group
What is the best part about your compensation package?Health Insurance is the best I've had in the theme park industry, tuition reimbursement program is also great, and of course access to the parks is a wonderful perk.
What makes you most happy at work?When I can make a guest or a TM feel a bit better about their day. To be able to support my Team and empathize with their struggles. Making a difference in their lives, a positive impact.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?The company needs to fill more entry and mid level roles to support the increasing workload.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?It needs to be fair for everybody because sometimes management and even the leads show favoritism from one team member to the other
