What did you like most about the interview process? The two people were the ones i work with every day, not some recruiter or other department member.
What are some of the best things about your team? They watched out for each other... depending on what it was. Very close team and did not like to interact with other IT departments due to hostility. Everyone is willing to help you with something and want you to learn
What do you like best about the leadership team? Not much, my management was usually always watching out for us as long as it doesnt hurt them. Other departments where cut throat and back stabbing to climb to their spot
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Fair pay and reasonable workloads
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Employees are all seen as expendable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Very, very low pay, no raises, insurance prices go up every year.
