- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The support we have for each other - it's a trait you see across all of the teams and its especially important for an all remote company. Nobody gets left behind or isolated, because we take the time to support each other.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Our team is composed of incredibly intelligent people that do really impressive work. I really appreciate that how much they consider each other and put effort into strong collaboration and supporting each other - everyone will take time out of their day to get you unblocked and successful.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I'm a big fan of our equity package and the ownership I have in the company. I believe in our vision and our trajectory to achieve massive commercial success - so my stake in the company is something I greatly value.
